At Truvitals, our number one concern is each customer's satisfaction with every purchase. But we get it-sometimes a product is not quite right for you. If you aren't thrilled with the item(s) you receive, just let us know and we'll take it back and process a refund. Our customer service team will be happy to help you set up your return! *Items that are unused and unopened are returnable within 30 days of leaving our warehouse.All email inquiries will be answered within 24 - 48 hours.
Submit a claim that your item was lost. The tracking status of your item will be verified and investigation with carrier will go underway. Once process is complete, a replacement item will be sent to you.
If you receive your item defective or damage and you have your receipt, you can request a replacement item or part be sent to you.
